Boulevard Brasserie Welcomes New Summer Menu

Indulge in fresh and seasonal favourites of the summer season as Wellington Street's finest Brasserie welcomes seasonal, contemporary French dishes to our summer menu.
With emphasis on healthy, leafy greens bursting with outstanding flavour and taste, we’ve added a new section to the menu dedicated to seasonal Salads, with the choice to enjoy them as a starter or main. Guests can choose from new salads such as Roaster Summer Vegetables & Quinoa Salad with ricotta cheese and basil oil, Honey Glazed Goats Cheese & Endive Salad with granny smith apples, golden raisins, walnuts and hazelnuts or Baby Spinach Salad sprinkled with barrel aged feta, cherry tomato, red onion and kalamata olives.
All of our salads are served vegetarian and have the option to add freshly grilled Chicken Thigh or Chilled Trout – a fantastic way to complete a healthy and wholesome treat!
We have also extended our Vegetarian main courses with a light and moreish Tomato, Black Olive and Basil Tart, a Risotto of Asparagus, Broad Beans, Peas and Reggio Cheese and a fresh and comforting Gnocchi Provencal with Summer Vegetables, Tomatoes, Rocket and Buffalo Mozzarella.
Similarly, new additions to our Meat mains include a crispy and flavoursome Breaded Chicken Milanese, drizzled with Truffle Mayo and Fried Egg (sunny side up!) Moroccan-inspired Grilled Rump of Lamb with Couscous, Grilled Pork Chop and a Duck Confit Salad.
